I had a wonderful experience working with guys at Fantasic Homes. I had a distressed property that I needed to sell. They worked with me and made an offer very quickly. We closed very quick after that. They helped walk through every step of the process and took care of setting everything up to revolve around my schedule which wasn't easy since I am usually on the road Monday through Friday. I really could not belive how smooth the process was.

I was so unbelievably blown away how EASY they made this situation for me. They were so personable and so unbelievably helpful. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! The employees/ contractors were above and beyond what I had expected or experienced in the past. They had a very caring and helpful demeanor, they made one of the most stressful situations easier than I ever thought possible. Mark was fantastic! My situation was not good. My husband had passed away. My health started to decline and I ended up in a nursing home at 60. I had to sell my house so I called Fantastic Homes and I told Mark My situation and that I wanted to move to a nursing home closer to my family in Central Illinois. Msrk got to work on selling my house and it sold within a month! Thank you, Mark for doing such a GREAT, swift job for me. I am all alone in this area with no family around me. The whole gang there were really great and walked me through the entire process without stress. Would definitely recommend them if you need to sell a place without doing repairs they'll even clean it out for you.
